Chemical Imaging - Developers Workshop (March 2011)
EC3 is a brand new technology that combines the advantages of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and image processing. Therefore chemical and physical material properties of objects get identified by means of their spectral information. By high sophisticated mathematical methods these information will be transferred to chemical colors which are displayed in a way that EC3 systems can be integrated like a standard color line scan camera.
Who can attend?
In principle everybody from any field who is interested to use chemical imaging technology or want to develop chemical imaging applications for industrial use, can attend.
What will be trained?
This workshop deals with theoretical and practical aspects of using near infrared (NIR) hyperspectral imaging in industrial use without the need of special know-how of spectroscopy. The focus of the present course is on:
